Wellinotox, February 14, The Government have instructed the Crown Solicitor to defend the action brought to test the validity of the sentence passed on Aldridge by Mr Edwards when sitting as Supreme Court Judge. Captain Edwin reports there are now evidences of heavy gales from the northward with wind between midnight on Wednesday and noon on Saturday next, the wind changing by west to S. W.E,
