THE BANKING FRAUDS.
Uomb, February 6. The Banca Associatione of Florence has failed. The liabilities amount to 2,000,000 lire. The manager and cashier of the institution has been arrested for fraud, February 7. Baron Lozzaronia, who has been arrested on a charge of being concerned in the Bank of Rome frauds, is indebted to that institution to the amount of 12,000,000 lire.
