Bekun, February 6. Alarming news has reached the Berlin press of the state of affairs in the German territory in Africa. The Gomalis are said to be in conflict with the German East African Company. EUROPEAN AFFAIRS Alsace-Lorraine is demanding to be included among the German States, and its delegates in Berlin assert that its protests against German ruie are at an end, and the people desiro peace, and yve willing to co-operate with the other States for the advancement of the Empire, jDuring the recent interview the Czarewitch assured General You Caprivi that there was no alliance in existence between France and Kussia. It is said that the reports made by the Czarcwitch on his return from the German capital have satisfied the Czar, who previously suspected that General Yon Caprivi was intriguing with the Poles.
