♦ (Pfl» fKB!S3 A.BSQOIATJON.J London, December 24, The convention of Irish landowners under the presidency of the Duke of Abercorn, resolved that a large increase m the number of landowners occupying their estates was of the highest importance to the interests of the country. Resolutions were also carried m favour of adopting a complete system of registration ef titles, and advances to landowners to enable them to purchase tenants' interests and holdings .
