THE BRAZILIAN REVOLUTION
Bio Janibb^, Nov 22 The new Brazilian Government has decreed universal suffrage. (RfoeUed Novambar 23, 130 p.m 1 The Brazilian Senate, the members of which were appointed under the constitution of 1874 by the late Emperor, will be abolished, and the Chamber of Deputies, the elective body, is to be dissolved. The United States, Italy and France are sending warships to Rio to protect the interests of those countries.
