The Labor Union Demonstration to-day was a great success. There was beautiful weather, and a procession of eight hundred Unionists marched through the town with four bands, Sports were held on Martin's Island, and were attended by two thousand peoato. Toe band contest resulted In the Ddunlston band being first, the Brunoer band second, the Black's Point third, and the Wostport fourth. In the evening a concert, b\ll, and banquet took place, Toe railway arrangement! were excellent, there being many hundred of visitors from Denalaton and Walmangaroa.
