DOMAIN BOARD.
A meeting of the Domain Board was then held. The by-laws passed at the last meeting were adopted. One of the by-laws provided that liquor should not be sold m the Domain without the consent, given m writing, of the Oounoil. Or Keir moved that the prayer of the petition \ reoeived earlier m the meeting be aoooded to, and that the sale of liquor within the limits of the Domain be entirely probibited. 0. M. Brooke aeoonded. . The matter was discussed at considerable length, and Or IJeir's motion wbb lost, the votes'in favor being Ors Keir, Outhbertson and Brooke. Permission was given the Bioyole Qln,b to charge for admission to the sports to be held pn December 16.
