At the Cronin murder trial to-day, evidence was adduced to the effect that Major Le Caron, military organiser of the Fenian Association received 4o,oopdols from the Clanrna-Gael for bis mission to England.

At the Cronin murder trial evidence was given that alter Major Le Caron's disclosures before the Parnell Commission m London, a demand was made at Gamp No 20 that four British spies m the Clan-na-Gael should be expelled. Thomas O'Connor then stated that the Executive of the Clan-na-Gael were rogues, who had squandered 100,000 dollars to get the best men imprisoned m London through tbe asssistance of of Major Le Caron and under pressure. Datectiye Coughlan, who was subsequently accused of complicity m Dr Cronin's murder, demanded the appointment of a Secret Committee to elicit the source of O'Conner's charges • * aad to Ibis Biggs, the guardian of the , v — "ted, Camp ttHWv.... _•__.
