GOVERNMENT OF SAMOA.
Ban Fbanoisoo, October 28. Advices received from Samoa state that the election of Mataafaas King is only temporary until the agreement arrived at between Great Britain, Germany and America at the Berlin Conference is enforced, when a fresh election will take place.
