(2) From Mr W a Bardiiig cilllng the Board's attention to the state if the Boundary Boad between Ford's Greek and Ford's Road, and asking if the Board will take some steps to improve that part of tho roal. The Surveyors to inspect en 1 report to next meeting. (3) From Mr W. 8. Brown asking for alteration to be made m the Valuation Roll m respeot of Rural Seotfoni 20211, 20296, 20297, 20117 ; the Olerk to ascertain the name of present occupier, and insist on the gorse on roads fronting the sections being grabbed up. (4) From Mr J, Cairns on the same subject with respect to part of Reserve 930. (s)|Fronx the Bank of New South Walei on the same subject with respeot to parts of 8.8. 4354 and 4390. Ford's Road — The oootrietor foi olearing out side drains on Ford's toad has left the work m a very ansitlsfastoiy state. The drain is neither Its original width nor depth, and the stuff thrown oat it too olose to the edge of the drain* We have given him notioe to this effeotj and he has promised to finish the work according to the speolfioitlona as soon ai he h*s completed a oontraot that he has at Tinwald. We find there Is a stoppage of the water at the pips orouicg at the junction of this and Clark's road} the pipes are either broken In or blocked up. We would rooommand that tho pipes be taken up and anopen ford substituted* 2. Gotee Nouanoe. — We notified the occaplers aloDg whosa frontage the Board deolded ts oil for tanders for olearing the gorse on the roads of the Board's Intention, and they oomtnenoed at onoe to grab the gorae.
