[PBB PBBHS ASSOCIATION.] Auckland, Ootober 3. An aotion for the recovery of £13 12s 6d was brought at the R.M. Court to-day by «4. Wilkinson against Te Kooti, It was laid for the payment for drink and food supplied to the defendant on the ocoasion of rejoioing by him and his followers wheo Te Kooti obtained his pardon. The case was adjourned for a fertnight. Mr T. Morrln, who has returned from Brisbane, reports the successful sale of the Hereford cattle reoently consigned from Auckland, and he leaves again shortly to negotiate further sales. Branches of the Knights of Labor organisation are being formed at Warkworth and m tbe North of Auckland.
