AM ARMED BUSHRANGER

THB WRONG MAN SHOT. (pm. fkess AtwooiATiorr. * *, ;£___ — »TO Bydney, September 30. An atmed bushranger stuck up a number of persons near Dubbo, and three were bound and robbed. A cabman, who had been stuck up, procured a revolver and pursued tbe ruffian. While he was lying in wait the police came up, and in the dark, the cabman being mistaken for the bushranger, Sub-Inspector Cameron shot him m the shoulder. The wound is believed to be serious. The bushranger is still at large.
