(FEB FBSSS ASSOCIATION .} Rotterdam, Sept. 28 The dock laborers have struck for an advance oi 2^d. In consequence of their •toning the police, the latter fired on the rioters, and also bayoneted some of them. Socialists are excluded from the movement. London. September 30. Mr J. E. Burns, the Socialist, has forwarded 3000 florins in aid of the Rotterdam dockmen who have gone out on strike.
