The meeting will be held undar the Rules of Racing. 2. No entry will be received except on the conditions that all claims, disputes, and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by the Stewards or whom they may appoint. A district horse shall mean any horse that has been commonly resident m the district between the rivers Sclwyn and Opihi, from July 20th, 1889, and up to the date of the meeting, and owned by a person who has resided m the said district during the sarn* period. 4.
