A BANKING FRAUD.
Thtjbsday Island. September 25. News has reached here from Hong Kong, per British Indian Steam Navigation Co.'s steamer, that Moral, the agent of the Hong Kong and Shanghai Bank at Lyons (France) overdrew his account to the extent of 1,290,000 francs, without security. Moral, it ap pears, took tbe money to cover losses at gambling. The shares of the Bank suffered a heavy fall, on the matter leaking out.
