The shipping ring intend shortly to increase freights to the colonies m order to rtcoup losses incurred by the recent sirike.
Eight hundred men are now working at the Albert dock, and no further trouble has arisen.
London, September 20
With the balance (£800) of the strike fund it is proposed to repay advances made by the Trade Union. The remainder is to be devoted to the establishment of a new Union m London.
