NEW ZEALAND EXHIBITION.
Melboubni, August 16 The progress report of the New Zealand Exhibition Commission shows that Cast lemaine, Sandhurst, Ballarat, and other places have been visited, and promises of exhibits received. Government has instructed the Education and Mining department to make collections, and forward as soon as possible. Regret is expressed that the manufacturing firms m Melbourne were not more eoliilisiastic m assisting the Commission to snake the Victorian exbibiti worthy of the colony.
