.^ Auckland, Angnat 12. An action bearing on the llabllit/ of Road Boards waa opened at the Supreaae Court to-day, before Sir James Prondergast and a Special Jury. The aotion was brought by G. G. M'Rae and his wife against the Mangere Ro&d Board, and Was fos £600 damages. It was alleged that on the evening of May 4 last, plaintiffs were ptooooding alone the Manger road ia a trap drawn by one borae. A good deal of evidence having been heard, the Court adjourned.
