WESTERN AUSTRALIA.
The Premier, Sir Henry Parkes, has suggested that a conference of the colonies should be held m reference to the granting of responsible government to Western Australia.

Parliament has passed an address to the Queen praying that constitutional government be conceded to Western Australia. The address will be cabled Home.
