Before t}ie "Times"-Parnell OommisBi'on to-day, Mr O'Connor 1 , M»P. . for Tipperary, during his cross-examination refused to answer several questions on the ground that he was bound by his oath as a Fenian, although he was not now a member of that organisation. Sir Jas. Hannen, the* President of the Commission said that the refusal of the witness to answer the questions would, necessarily the judgment of the Court.
