In referring to Mr Dillon's Australian tour the "Standard" characterises it as fraudulent, inasmuch as the plan that he is engineering is breaking down. On the other hand the " Freeman's Journal" declares that the mission is rousing widespread sympathy throughout Australia, and that it is an enormous success,
