Vienna, Jaoo 11. a Prince -Nikita, of Montenegro, ha* given orders that the Montenegrin army be placed on an active service footing at the shortest notice. Vienna, Jane 12. Price Nikita, of Montenegro, has assured Count Kalnoicy, the Austrian Foreign Minister, of his desire to maintain cordial relations with Austria. London, Java 12. It is reported that the Princess of Wales and the Czarina favour the betrothal of Princes Maud, third daughter of Prince and Princess of Wales, to the Czarewhch.
