SOUTH AUSTRALIA.
£31 Adelaide, Jane 6. Parliament was opened this afternoon by his Excellency the Governor, the Earl of Kintore. The Speech from the Throne stated that although the past season had been a bad one, yet it was hoped that the revenue would be sufficient to meet the expenditure. The present prospects of the colony were < I very hopeful. :
