Sydney, J ane 6. In the Supreme Court to-day, the action Wheeler v the South British Insurance Company, was decided. Plaintiff, who wa9 the owner of; the steamer Alhambra, which sank while engaged m attempting to remove a derelict vessel outside Sydney Harbor, sought to' recover the sum of being the amount of insurance on the vessel. The Court nonsuited the plaintiff, on the ground that the Alhtmbra 'was engaged m work outside of the terras of the' policy.
