(PER PRESS ABSOOIATZOK.) Wellington, May 24; The weather to-day waa very fine. Tbe only attraction ln town was the football games at Nqwtown Park. Abont three thousand were present to wltnoss these. Christohuroh, May 24.' The weathor to* iay was splendid and a close holiday was observed In town. The rnvlew In Bagley Park was attended by 825 Volunteers, inoluping 191 Cadets. Abont 2000 spectators were present. The Trotting Meeting at Heathoote was largely attended. A baseball match took plaoe on Lancaster Park. The Salvation Army held a demonstration In Hagley Park In the afternoon.
