KING HUMBERT.
Bibiin, May 22. King Humbert of Italy who is on a visit to the Emperor William had a most enthusiastic reception by the populace. The streets presented a pleasant appearance and the popularity of the alliance between Germany and Italy was emphasised everywhere. The enthusiasm of both troops and civilians wai extreme.
