The following Is the VJoro ifxoaange report fer the week ending Friday, M»y ,10 h:— ; The large qaantitioa of grain offering during the past weak together with the drooping tendenoy of the Sydney market has had the effect of easing the markets. The shipments being light during the week have necessitated large quantities going into Btore. Moßtof the English ships have now oompleted their cargoes, and, with the exoeption of small paroels by the direot steamers, we shall not expeot to see muoh wheat find its way beyond the Australian colonies; Oatß have a fair demand at last week's valaeß. Barley has had a slightly better .enquiry; for prime malting, large lines are being shipped to Melbourne and-Adelaide. The condition of grain is at present very unsatisfactory large quantities being delivered m a sweaty condition. Potatoes are being offered very fraely, £3 being asked at country stations, but buyers do not seem inclined to operate. Ryegrass is quiet for the time beiog, but oooksfoot has a Blight enquiry at the low prioes ruling. Dairy produoe marketß are dull and very little businesß ia being transaoted. The following are our week's values : — . Wheat. — Tusoan, prime, 3s lOd to 3s lid ; Pearl, 3s 7d ; Hunter's, 3s 6d to3a7d ; whole chick wheat, 3s to 3s Id ; broken. 2s 8d to 2a ioa. Oats.— Milling, 2s 9d to 2s 10d ; stout short feed, 2a 8d ; long and inferior, 2s 6d to 23 7d. Barley. — Prime malting, 3s 9d to 3s lOd ; medium, 3s 4d to 3s 6d ; feed, 2s 6d to 2s 9d. Bbans, 33 3d to 3a 4d when dry. . Peab. — Prussian Blues (true), 3s 8d to 3s 9d; feed, 3s to 3s 23. I Grass seed. — Ryegrass, machine dressed, 3s 9d to 3s lOd ; farmers' paroels, 2s 9d to 3s 3d ; Oooksfoot, maohine dressed, 3d ; farmers' cleaning, 2£d to 2&d. Potatoes.— Derwents, 50a to 65s at oountry stations. Dairy Pboduoe.— Butter is quiet at 8d to 9d, for prime; ohasse, small, 4&d, large sizes, 3£d. The above prjoesare those paid to farmers for delivery free on board. Saoke extra.
