MR. BALFOUR'S IRISH POLICY.
(Per Press Association.') London, May 9. Mr Balfour, Secretary for Ireland, addressing the Noa^omformist Union, contended that the supremacy of the law was an indippetUable condition of civilised society. He would maintain his present policy towards Ireland even if he wore absolutely aware Home Rule would be granted within fivo years.
