Wellington, May 8. Justice Rlohmond delivered judgment m Yonng v Tramway Oompany, an aotion for lnfrlngment of patent heard ln January when the jury awarded damages to tbe ftlatntiff. The case was then reserved for urther consideration of the law points, eaoh party claiming the jodgment of the Court. The defendants moved for a new trial to-day. Judge Richmond gave judgment for tbe plaintiff for tbe damages fonnd by tbe jury with all pre fits derived by defendants from the use of the Invention from the date of the writ till the day of trial with an Injunction ngalnst further nse of ears built on plaintiffs model, and an order for the destruction of four cars bull! on that model and ooata for plaintiff
