Napier, May 1. Lord and Lady Onslow arrived • little before 4 p.m. yesterday, a carriage being sent out of town to meet them on the road and bring them In. At night Lord Onslow attended an amateur performance of the " Mikado." This morning the Gubernatorial party inspeoted the Cathedral and were then drlvea to the Town Hall where % platform had been decorated with evergreens. Lord Onslow was presented with addresses, there being an immense orowd of people. The party left for Wellington by special train at ten.
