THE CHINESE QUESTION.
ADILAXDS, April 29. Way Lee has forwarded protests to Victoria and New South Wales against the working of the Chinese Exclusion Acts adopted by those colonies. He requests the adoption of measures permitting Chinese to cross from one colony to another without being called on to pay poll-tax. .
