ST. JAMES' OHUROH, CHERTSEY.
The annual meeting of parishioners was held on the 24th April at St. James' Ohuroh, Chertsey. Present— Rev H. CJollina (chairman), and Messrs J. Stringfellow, H. Ohilds, T. Ohilds, and J. P. Willoooks. The meeting was opened with prayer. The statement of accounts showed a balance in hand of 2s Bd. On the motion of Mr H. Ohilds, Beconded by Mr T. Ohilds, it wasreßolved " That the aooounts as presented be passed." The following gentlemen were nominated as Ohnrch officers for the ensuing year, viz : — Messrs James Stringfellow and Harry Ohilds, Churohwardens; and Messrs H. Kingebury, Daniel Gunn, John P. Willoooks, and T. Ohilds, Vestrymen. Votes of thanks were passed to Mr Broadbent as lay reader, Miss Wilkinson aa organist, Mrs Stringfellow for oleacing the Ohuroh, to the Misses Stringfellow and Mrs T. Ohilds for deoorating the Ohuroh, and to Mr Gill for contribution for same purpose,
