Collins, Messrs Broadbent, Osborne Bryant, Gee, Cox and Street: The meeting , was opened in the usual manner and the Rev > ( H.jJOollina, Chairman, read his report of the ' Ohuroh work throughout tbe district during the past year whioh was considered satisfaa. tory. The Treasurer, Mr Broadbent, read 8 statement of acoounta showing total receipts £158 13a sd, total expenditure £160 133 Id, leaving a balance due to Treasurer of £1 19a Bd. On the motion of Mr Gee, seoonded 1 by Mr Street, tbe statement of aooount ae i read was adopted. Votes of thanks were aoaorded to MiBB Cox, organist, the Sunday Sohool teaohers, to the ohoir, to Mr Gee foi painting texts for the Church and to Mr Broad--1 bent, lay-reader. Mr Broadbent was appointed by the Rev Collins as olergyman's Churchwarden, and Mr J. Oaborne was nomine ted for the Bishop's appointment aa Parish Ohuohwarden. — Dr Oordner, and Messrs Gorringe, Street, and Gee were eleoted Vestrymen.—A vote of thanks to tbe Chairman brought the meeting to a close.
