Mr T, Mltohell wa.s yqted to ihe ohalr and read tbe notion calling tbe meeting. He then oalled on Mr Taylor, Chairman of the retiring Committee, to read the annual report. Me Taylor stated that tho grounds, fences and school buildings had been attended to daring the year and were now In a vary satisfactory condition. The report ehowed^ that after providing everything f,>r the proper working of tho sohoM, there was left a credit balanoa of £14 2s 21. On tho motion of Me Shearer, seconded by Mb A'hton, the report was adopted. Mr Taylor m,ove(J and IVJr Qhearor auoonded the following reflation s— " That thh meeting expresses its thanks to both tcachors, Mr T. Mitohell and Mlas A. H. Ingvjtm, foe the careful and palnßtakiaa instruction imparted ( o the children, and for their peraiotent eff >rta to keep up the high character of the aobool." The eleotlon was then proceeded with and resulted In the following gentlemen being chosen as members of the Committee for tbe ensuing year : — Mobbcs Taylor, Aohton, Shearer, Ryan, Orosaan., Wilson and J. Orgy. • A meeting of the newly eleoted Ooramlttoo was then held and on the motion of Mt Ashton, neoonded by Mr Shearer, Me T. Taylor waa ro-eleoted Chairman. The Committee appointed Mr Shetrec to countersign cheques and Agreed to meet as usaal on the firdt Monday of each month at 7 p.m. Messrs Auhton and Shearer •vyero appointed a nub-Committee to haya som.3 neoaaaary shingling done In the Bohool grounds.
