GENERAL BOULANGER
(Pxk Press Association.) (Reoelred April 26. 130 p.m ) Pabis, April 25. Referring to the charge contained m the indictment against General Boulanger that he transferred the monopoly for the sale of tinned provisions from an Australian contractor to Digeon fnot Count Dillon as previously telegraphed^ M. Frevet, Deputy of the Department of the Seine declares that the contract was publicly adjudged to Pigeon, who wanting capital to enable him to carry out the enterprise asked Prevet to coopeiate with him. London, April 25. General Boulanger, M, de Rochefort and Count Dillon arrived m London to-day. There were immense crowds at the railway terminus and the party was greeted with cheers and hisses. Boulanger will not remain m England beyond October. He expressed satisfaction at the heartiness of his welcome. Londow, April 25. General Boulanger quitted Brussels quietly. He expects to remain m England for two months. The indictments preferred against him include a charge that he when Minister m the French Cabinet transferred the monopoly for the sale of tinned provisions from the Australian contractor to Count Dillon, and the latter re-sold at a profit of 4,000,000 francs,
