NIHILIST PLOTS.

St. Petbbsbubo, April 20. Several officers connected with the Artillery regiments have been placed under arrest on suspicion of being concerned m tbe Nihilist plots against the life of the Czar.

Owing to the activity and threats of the Nihilists, the Perfect of St. Petersburg is endeavoring to persuade the Caar from attending the funeral of the Minister of Works, as it is feared that an attempt on his life will he made.
