Bblcuade, April 20. ' Servia at present is bordering on a state of anarchy. Ex-King Milan, fearing the return of 1 his divorced wife Queen Natalie, is' likely to abridge his travels. One section of the Cabinet are willing to grant a decree for the expulsion of i Milan from Servia.
