At a meeting of the friends and I adherents of General Boulanger, it was decided to rerrfain as passive as possible during the time the Paris Exhibition is open. Large donations are being received from Boulanger's sympathisers. Brussels, April 20. General Boulanger has been informed by the Belgian authorities that his political agitation will not be toleratqd m this country. The expulsion of General Boulanger from this country is considered inevitable, and it is believed this will be done m response to an unofficial demand from France.
