A GERMAN PROPHET.
The modern " Nostradamus," Dr Hubbe-Bohleider, whose predictions are anxiously pondered m Germany, becauae he so exactly predioted the decease of the late German Emperor and his son, recently published a statement concerning the "conjunctions of the stars 1 ' at the beginning of the present year, which he says indicate the certainty of war and the flooding of the West with deluges of blood, fie says Europe will have a stormy spring) a burning and windy, sum oner, a dry aatumn, and a Siberian winter. The 9tb, 10th, and 12th of February were to Ibe unlucky days ; serious European complications are to come to the front ; | and a great State beyond the sea is to declare war against Germany, whose new Emperor ia threatened with death from apoplexy, a fall from a horse, or a severe wound. The dangerous diys of the Fatherland are declared to be the 15th and 16th of April and the 10th and 11th of May. So far his predictions for the year have not been successful.
