GENERAL BOULANGER.

(Per Prbss Association .) Pabis, April 5. The Procureur's indictment against General Boulanger recites the particulars of his career m Tunis, his machinations to obtain the position of Minister, the circumstances under whiqh he was compelled to retire from the army, and his complicity with the proceedings of the Patriotio League. The Government intended to arrest him while leaving his home on Tuesday morning, and had told off twenty police commissionaires for the duty, but Boulanger was warned m time, and escaped at two o'clock m the morning. Parm, April 6. A manifesto, published by General Boulanger, declares that the indictment brought against him by M. Grevy, the Procureur General, is a tissue of falsehoods. He admits that his desire is to wrest the Republic of France from the hands of those who are degrading and ruining Franoe. ! The Premier of Belgium intimates! that should Brussels be made a centre of agitation he will expel General Boulanger from the country. The Government have ordered the arrest of General Boulanger, should he return to France. In his second manifesto the General says that the indictment accuses him of frequent instances of sedition previous to entering the Ministry, therefore his colleagues were culpable of condoning the offence. He expresses himself confident that the next general election will place him at the head of the nation. Paris, April 7* M. Naquet, member of the Senate, and a colleague, were acquitted on a charge of bolonging to a secret society, and were condemned to pay a fine of 100 francs each for belonging to an illegal society, On the decision being an* nounced there were triumphant cries of " Vive Boulanger." A decree making the Senate a High Court of Juitice for the trial of cases m which accused are charged with conspiracy against the State will be submitted to the Senate on Monday
