AMr Levy, well known In commercial olrolea and a very old resident m Fiji, had Bhown signs of aberration of intelleot and ' was arrested for his own protection. There being no speoial place of detention for such oases, tbe unfortunate man was of necessity taken to the gaol, where he was placed In a oell by himself. On Saturday morning be waa found dead.
