Mr Oorklll, Deputy Official Assignee m Bankruptcy, gave evidence m respect to Wallath's bankruptcy. He denied that he foroed Wallath to sign dopoattiona. He was preatnt when the affidavit waa drawn op at Wallath's request m Re w eon's room. No threats were uaed towards Wallath by Rawson or anyone else, nor did anyone urge blm to algn.
