[PKB PJtBBB ASSOCIATION ] Paris, March 8. Shares m the Comptoir de Paris have fallen heavily. The Bank of France has been requested to advance 36,000,000 franos to meet today's demands. The trouble is due to the position of the Imperial Copper Syndicate, which is considered oritioal. March 9. In connection with the Comptoir d'Escompte, the whole assets have been given as security to the Bank of France, besides the associated bankers' guaran tee of 20 millions. The crisis has affected shares m the leading Banks. Those m the Comptoir d'Escompte are quoted at 500 francs. It is believed that the Comptoir is deeply involved. The excitement over the Copper Syndicate has been allayed. (Received M»roh 11, 12.16 p.m.) Paris, March 10. Shares m the Comptoir d'Escompte are now quoted at 350 francs, Copper syndicates a.nd Tintos (sio) have fallen heavily.
