At the Harbor Board meeting It was resolved to accept the tender of Mr Law who undertakes to oarry out Thatoher's scheme for fasolne protective works at tbe Heads provided ho agrees to certain additions and alterations to the specifications. If the scheme Is not successful, the Harbor Board Is free from all liability, and the contractor bears all the expense.
