DESPATCH OF ENGLISH TROOPS. (per fbebs association.) . Brisbane, February 28. Private advices received from A pis state that m addition to farther warships being sent to Samoa the Twelfth New Jersey Regiment are held m readiness to proceed there, besides the 9th Cavalry and 24th Infantry, with Chaplains. The cavalry, who take their horses with them, will be armed with long rifles instead of the usual short rifles. (Received March 1, 12 38 p.m.) Berlin, February 28.
