Wbxukotoit, January 14. Tbo proposal to eend a football team to England baa been warmly taken up and arrangements are progressing. One of tbe gentlemen interested is going to JCngland shortly and will endeavor to arrange the matter. It ia proposed to play only first class matches, and limit tbe number to about 40. If the tour is made a team will leave about Auguet.
