The Swedish barque, Orskar. whicb had trouble with the crew at Bamoa and came to Auckland for a new crew, ib again experiencing difficulty. Three men named -John Jliley, Hemry Cook., and Alexander Jackson, who engaged to go to Europe, r refused to proceed to sea and were ' 'charged at the Police Court to-day with a breach of the Foreign Seamen's Accused alleged that the vessel's foreoastle waa not fit to live In, and waa worse than a pig stye. Each was sentetoced to 12 weeks' h»rd labor. The two-jear-old daughter of Fred Horeman, Waltakeral, was accidentally drowned m a creek. Identified. Wbilington, January 7.
