A. plonlo and oporto gathering under the aaap'oea of the Star of the Eatt Lodge, I 0.G.T., wu held In a paddook belonging to Mr J. W. Sawle, at Tlawald, yesterday. There was a moderate attendance, bat had it not been for other attractions the number presoot would have been very large. Mr W. 0. D*vls had % refreshment booth on the ground, which was veil patronised. Orr'o prize ; second, Messrs Wood and •Oo.'s prffca — Mis? Patter ion, 1 ; Miss Hughes, 2. Three ran. 440 yds Raoe- Park to, 10/ds, 1 ; Pattarson and Annet, cor, ran a deal heat for second plaoe. Five started. Married Women's Race, 100 yds ; first, Mr Molntoth's prizi ; second, Mr R. A'ooro's prfza— Mrs Patterson, sear, 1 ; Mrs Sales, g. P.O.f,'s R»ee, Mr J. Orr's prfzi— T. Sawle, I ; S, MoOllmont, 2j A. Oook, 3, Foar starterß. 200 yds Race— McOonoohle. 1 : Parkin, 2. Foar starters, 81ngle GlrV Race, members of I-O.G.T. only ; first, Mr Seder's prlza ; seaond, Mr A. Oaraon's prte*— Sister Campbell, 1 ; Sister Patterson, & Five starters. 100 yds Race, members of Star of Bast I Lodge only~Reeoej Byds, 1 ; T. Sawle, ayds, 2, M«»l«d Women's Race, Mr W. O.
