Mr T. Bullook reports for the w ending Saturday, December 22nd : — Thirty-seven horses were entered for the day's sale, and although there waa a very good attendance of farmers and others, biddings were again languid, the reserves placed upon some of the medium draughts intending purchasers considered excessive, otherwlso more would have changed bands. Out of the day's entry of thirty-seven, sixteen were sold at the fallowing prioes, viz :— Three-year-old medium draught unbroken, £18 j 4-year-old rather light, £10 ; 6-year-old, do £11, teed .fill 10s, £11 10s. £13; Inferior, £5, £6 15a, £7 10j ; light harness horses, £6 to £8 15s ; hacks, very dull, only those of an Inferior stamp changing hands at from £1 5s to £3 ss, Sundries —By auotlon and privately, three MoCormlck wire binders at the following prioes :— £11, £12s si, £14 ; McCormick twine binder. £21.
