Stdnby. December 10. Thunderstojms were general to-day throughout the colony. In the coastal districts^ and'in the central and extreme western pprtions light rains fell; elsewhere they were heavy. The weather is extremely unsettled at present. Owing to a member of Parliament accusing Mr McFenon, one ot the newly appointed Railway Commissioners of New South Wales, of being mixed up m the recent Railway frauds, the Government have appointed a Commission enquire iolQ \hg / charge.*,
